ZEISS VSP Member Satisfaction Guarantee

As a practice participating in the Premier Program, your VSP patients can now try any eligible ZEISS lenses and lens enhancements risk free for 12 months. That’s an additional six months of guaranteed satisfaction. If patients are not completely satisfied, we will refund any associated out-of-pocket expenses (less any copay) and replace their lenses with any comparable lenses of their choice—free of charge!

Eligible ZEISS products include: ZEISS SmartLife Lenses, ZEISS DriveSafe Lenses, ZEISS DuraVision lens coatings, and ZEISS PhotoFusion.

How does the ZEISS VSP Member Satisfaction Guarantee work?
Just call VSP at 800.877.7195 and we will refund the patient’s out-of-pocket expenses related to their ZEISS lenses or lens enhancement purchase. Plus, VSP will authorize new lenses, including any lens enhancements originally dispensed at no additional charge to the patient.
