VSP Vision Lab Network Update: Additional Details for Returns

  • Beginning October 15, 2024, all VSPOne returns must be submitted via the online redo form available at Eyefinity. This is the most effective method to submit your request. It is simple, always available, and allows you to skip potential hold times with Customer Service.  
     
  • Shipping labels for VSPOne Columbus are available at: https://www.vspglobal.com/shipping-ups-ground.html 
     
  • Beginning November 2, 2024, all ProTec Fit and Lenton and Rusby frame and lens packages orders will be serviced through VSPOne Columbus. The ProTec Fit program includes two frames to try on and 20 days to ship back to the lab.

VSPOne Columbus and Hawaii Customer Service will be available to assist with orders.

VSP Vision Announces Lab Network Changes

As you may have seen, on August 15, 2024, VSP Vision™ announced changes to the lab network, giving network providers more choice and flexibility to deliver quality products and services to VSP® patients. Changes include:

  • Expanding access to a network of Unity® distributor labs who are certified to produce the full suite of Unity products that continue to grow in popularity.
  • Winding down operations at VSPOne® Technology Center labs in Florida, Texas, and California by 2025.

Although we’re reducing VSP lab operations, we remain committed to expanding access and continued innovation of the Unity lens product portfolio through a lab network built on industry partnerships that will deliver on the job capacity and quality you need.

Preparing for the Unity Distributor Lab Network
We are committed to creating a smooth transition for you and your practice. You will receive more information about these changes via email and outreach in coming weeks. You can also check back here for details as they become available. In the meantime, we're sharing the following resources to support your practice:

What Is Not Changing
VSP Premier EdgeTM practices at the Platinum level will continue to earn Unity Shared Savings for work completed in the Unity distributor lab network, and VSPOne locations in Hawaii and Ohio will remain open to fulfill specialty program orders.
